Q: WHY IS MY IP BLOCKED?
Most of the time internet users even don't know when IP has been blocked. Reason behind blocking IP on worldwide scale is SPAM (spam is unwanted email or forced marketing, modern way of old fashion mail garbage we get to our doorstep). Since your IP is most probably Dynamic IP allocated by your local ISP provider every time you switch on/restart your modem it is even more difficult to track IP blockage. First sign of blocked IP is either your browser goes blank or your emails bounce.

TCP/IP - The Internet protocol suite is the set of communications protocols that implements the protocol stack on which the Internet and many commercial networks run. It is part of the TCP/IP protocol suite, which is named after two of the most important protocols in it: the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) and the Internet Protocol (IP), which were also the first two networking protocols defined.
POP3 - In computing, local e-mail clients use the Post Office Protocol version 3 (POP3), an application-layer Internet standard protocol, to retrieve e-mail from a remote server over a TCP/IP connection.
ISP - Internet Service Provider

IMP - IMP is the Internet Messaging Program. It is written in PHP and provides webmail access to IMAP and POP3 accounts.
IMAP - IMAP stands for Internet Message Access Protocol. It is a method of accessing electronic mail or bulletin board messages that are kept on a (possibly shared) mail server. In other words, it permits a "client" email program to access remote message stores as if they were local. For example, email stored on an IMAP server can be manipulated from a desktop computer at home, a workstation at the office, and a notebook computer while travelling, without the need to transfer messages or files back and forth between these computers.
QMAIL - Qmail is a mail transfer agent that runs on Unix servers.
WEBMAIL - The terms Web-based email (or Web-based e-mail) and Webmail refer to the implementation of an e-mail client as a Web application that allows users to access their e-mail through a Web browser, as an alternative to using a desktop-based client such as Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird or Eudora.
