NO, due complexed technical support of Media Softlab web servers we do not backup email's or mail accounts residing on the mail servers. In an unlikely event of server mulfunction or unexpected major failure all emails residing on mail server will be lost.

Therefore users should make sure they download mail from the server to local drive using Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora or similar mail download software on daily basis. It is also possible to download/backup your mail folders created in Webmail(HORDE).
